HOW TO ORDER
1- Upload your photo via Etsy Messages or send it to us by email at order[!at]puccha.com. Please ensure that the image is high resolution.
2- We will send you the sample within 12 hours after of your purchase before printing your puzzle and will ask you to confirm if the design satisfies you.
3- Please allow between 2 to 5 days after confirmation for us to prepare and ship your item.
