2- Take a front-facing photo of your pet in a sufficiently lighted spot from head to chest ensuring the image is high resolution. We recommend that your pet’s snout faces forward and no accessories for better result.
3- Upload the photo of your pet via Etsy Messages or send it to us by email at order[!at]puccha.com.

4- We will send you the sample within 12 hours after of your purchase before printing your coaster set and will ask you to confirm if the design satisfies you.
