HOW TO ORDER
1- Please provide your custom quote and the name of your pet. Choose the font that you would like to use.
2- Take a front-facing photo of your pet in a sufficiently lighted spot from head to chest ensuring the image is high resolution. We recommend that your pet’s snout faces forward and no accessories for better result.
3- Upload the photo of your pet via Etsy Messages or send it to us by email at order[!at]puccha.com.

4- We will send you the sample within 12 hours after of your purchase before printing your candle and will ask you to confirm if the design satisfies you.
5- Please allow between 2 to 5 days after confirmation for us to prepare and ship your item.
*** To have more than one print on your product, describe your animal friends (species of the animal and its name) in personalization box and purchase our “Additional Pet Add-On” for each additional pet with the purchase of this product in the link below:

For example:
If you want to have your 3 different animal friends printed on your product, you must write each of their species and names in “personalization box” and then select the quantity of 2 in “Additional Pet Add-On”.

⚠️ CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep burning candle within sight, and keep away from children and pets. Never burn the candle near flammable items. For best results, burn candle 3 to 4 hours of each lighting and trim wick to 1/4″. Discontinue use with 1/2″ of wax remaining.
