HOW TO ORDER
1- Place the order with the name of your pet and choose the font that you would like to use.
2- Take a front-facing photo of your pet in a sufficiently lighted spot from head to chest ensuring the image is high resolution. We recommend that your pet’s snout faces forward and no accessories for better result.
3- Upload the photo of your pet via Etsy Messages or send it to us by email at order[!at]puccha.com.

4- We will send you the sample within 24 hours after of your purchase before printing your poster and will ask you to confirm if the design satisfies you. The approval window after the final design is 48 hours. We’ll proceed with preparing your item if we don’t hear back from you after 48 hours.
5- Please allow between 2 to 5 days after confirmation for us to prepare and ship your item.
*Multiple pets will be produced in horizontal orientation.

By default, you will get ready to print 8″x10″ size 300 dpi JPG and PNG files. Please provide the size you would like to get if 8″x10″ size does not fit your requirements. We would also like to remind you that this is a digital file only. No physical item is mailed to your home address.
