HOW TO ORDER
1- Place the order with the name of your pet and choose the font that you would like to use if you would like your sticker to be prepared with the name.
2- Take a front-facing photo of your pet in a sufficiently lighted spot from head to chest ensuring the image is high resolution. We recommend that your pet’s snout faces forward and no accessories for better result.
3- Upload the photo of your pet via Etsy Messages or send it to us by email at order[!at]puccha.com.

4- We will send you the sample within 8 hours after of your purchase before printing your sticker and will ask you to confirm if the design satisfies you.
5- Please allow between 2 to 5 days after confirmation for us to prepare and ship your item.

⚡️ TIPS WHEN APPLYING STICKERS ⚡️
* Apply the sticker to a clean, dust-free, oil-free, and moisture-free surface.
* After application, press the sticker down with a clean cloth to maximize the sticker’s ability to stick to the surface and avoid air bubbles.
* Make sure that the sticker is applied correctly the first time. With every reapplication, the sticker’s ability to stick will decrease.
* Apply the sticker to a flat surface only. If applied on items that bend, are round, or in a cylinder form, we can’t guarantee its ability to hold.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
Our items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production and 3-5 business days for shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, since this is a customized product, we cannot offer refund or exchange, unless there is damage to the item or, if the item was never received.
