HOW TO ORDER
1- Place the order with the name of your pet, color of your phone and choose the font that you would like to use.
2- Take a front-facing photo of your pet in a sufficiently lighted spot from head to chest ensuring the image is high resolution. We recommend that your pet’s snout faces forward and no accessories for better result.
3- Upload the photo of your pet via Etsy Messages or send it to us by email at order[!at]puccha.com.

4- We will send you the sample within 12 hours after of your purchase before printing your phone case and will ask you to confirm if the design satisfies you.
5- Please allow between 2 to 5 days after confirmation for us to prepare and ship your item.

⚠️ CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To clean a phone case, remove the case from your phone. Add a little mild soap to water, and dampen a cloth or sponge with it. With the damp cloth, rub your case gently in circles. Let your case air-dry at room temperature.
Don’t clean your phone case with any alcohol-based products as they can remove the ink and discolor the case.

Our items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production and 3-5 business days for shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, since this is a customized product, we cannot offer refund or exchange, unless there is damage to the item or, if the item was never received.
