HOW TO ORDER
1- Place the order with the name of your pet and choose the font that you would like to use.
2- Take a front-facing photo of your pet in a sufficiently lighted spot from head to chest ensuring the image is high resolution. We recommend that your pet’s snout faces forward and no accessories for better result.
*** Multiple pets will be produced in horizontal orientation.
3- Upload the photo of your pet via Etsy Messages or send it to us by email at order[!at]puccha.com.

4- We will send you the sample within 12 hours after of your purchase before printing your pillow and will ask you to confirm if the design satisfies you.
5- Please allow between 2 to 5 days after confirmation for us to prepare and ship your item.
⚠️ CARE INSTRUCTIONS
* Plush Blanket: Do not dry clean; Do not iron; Do not bleach; Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F), *hand wash will extend the quality of the product; Tumble dry: low heat.
* Sherpa Blanket: Wash the item only cold machine wash with similar colors garments using a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low settings or hang dry. Do not bleach or dry clean.

RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, since this is a customized product, we cannot offer refund or exchange, unless there is damage to the item or, if the item was never received.
