HOW TO ORDER
1- Place the order with the name of your pet choose the font that you would like to use.
2- Take a front-facing photo of your pet in a sufficiently lighted spot from head to chest ensuring the image is high resolution. We recommend that your pet’s snout faces forward and no accessories for better result.
3- Upload the photo of your pet via Etsy Messages or send it to us by email at order[!at]puccha.com.

4- We will send you the sample within 24 hours after of your purchase before printing your stockings and will ask you to confirm if the design satisfies you. The approval window after the final design is 48 hours. We’ll proceed with preparing your item if we don’t hear back from you after 48 hours.
5- Please allow between 2 to 5 days after confirmation for us to prepare and ship your item.
⚠️ CARE INSTRUCTIONS
* Wash the item only cold machine wash with similar colors garments using a gentle cycle.
* Tumble dry on low settings or hang dry.
* Do not bleach or dry clean.
