HOW TO ORDER
1- Place the order with the name of your pet and choose the font that you would like to use.
2- Take a front-facing photo of your pet in a sufficiently lighted spot from head to chest ensuring the image is high resolution. We recommend that your pet’s snout faces forward and no accessories for better result.
3- Upload the photo of your pet via Etsy Messages or send it to us by email at order[!at]puccha.com.

4- We will send you the sample within 12 hours after of your purchase before printing your sweater and will ask you to confirm if the design satisfies you.
5- Please allow between 2 to 5 days after confirmation for us to prepare and ship your item.
*** To have more than one print on your product, describe your animal friends (species of the animal and its name) in personalization box and purchase our “Additional Pet Add-On” for each additional pet with the purchase of this product in the link below:

For example:
If you want to have your 3 different animal friends printed on your product, you must write each of their species and names in “personalization box” and then select the quantity of 2 in “Additional Pet Add-On”.

* Apparel is made using airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, which is famous for its durability and extra softness.
* Heather colors are 52% combed ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester.
* Athletic Heather and Black Heather are 90% combed ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester.
* Regular fit.
* Side-seamed construction.
* Crew neck.
* Cover stitched collar.
⚠️ CARE INSTRUCTIONS
* Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
* Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
* Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
* Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
* Do not dry clean.

This custom product is unisex. Please refer to our size chart in the photos.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
Our items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production and 3-5 business days for shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, since this is a customized product, we cannot offer refund or exchange, unless there is damage to the item or, if the item was never received.
